The new wash rack will be installed in time for fair, which is great news! Dressage will be held in the grass area by the new barn this year instead of the warm-up arena.
7/19 The Livestock committee will be emptying the old horse barn out so they can do their setup.
7/24 6:30 pm is the equine fairgrounds setup and you can pay stall deposits at this time. Please bring wheelbarrows, shovels, and rakes to clean up your area. At this time you can fill your stalls with sawdust.
7/26 4 pm is when your club can start doing stall decorations. Club tents can also be set in your area assigned to you. At 6 pm, the Livestock committee will be hosting a potluck dinner and providing the meat and buns, and plates and silverware. Please bring a dish to share and stick around afterwards.
7/27 Horse haul-in is from 6-9 pm. Please note that horses will be directed to the right lane and be entering into the grassy area for vet checks. PLEASE bring your negative coggins and the Horse Health Form with you. If you do not have it you will need to pull off and wait until you have the appropriate paperwork before entering.
7/28 Horse haul-in is from 8-10 am for horses just coming for the day
7/29 is the horse pull this year. We do need a few volunteers to check the coggins for the horses coming for that.
7/30 6:30 pm is the horse judging. EAC will provide pizza and pop to participants
